Repair Terms & Conditions

Notice to Customers

By checking in your equipment for repair, you agree to the following terms:

1. Storage Fee

Equipment left more than 30 days after being quoted or repaired will incur a $1/day storage fee.

2. Abandoned Equipment

Equipment left over 30 days beyond the quote or repair completion date becomes property of West Michigan Power Cleaning Equipment / West Michigan Small Engine Repair and may be sold or used for parts.

3. No Repair or No Issue Found

If you decline the repair or if no issue is found, a $39.95 service charge applies. The equipment may be used for parts or repowering.

4. Service Charge Waived with Repair or Purchase

We will waive the $39.95 service charge if you choose to proceed with the repair, or if you purchase a new, used, or reconditioned machine from us.

5. Repair Timeline

Repairs are handled in the order received. Exceptions may be made if the equipment was
purchased from us. Timeframes provided at drop-off are estimates only and not guaranteed, as some repairs may take longer than anticipated.

6. 30-Day Warranty

Parts and labor are warranted for 30 days after pickup, excluding:

• Operator abuse
• Improper fuel (old, ethanol, water-contaminated)
• Dirty or unfiltered water use
• Improper storage, transport, or misuse

7. Payment

Payment is due at pickup or delivery by cash, check, or credit card. A 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card payments. For approved accounts, terms begin on the date of pickup or delivery.

8. Fuel Policy

Old, dirty, or bad fuel that has not been drained will be subject to a fuel disposal fee. If necessary for testing, new fuel will be added and charged accordingly.

9. Contact for Updates

We will contact you when your equipment is ready. If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your equipment may be subject to the storage and abandonment terms above.
